*Site visits are required before any quote for installation or repair can be provided. Upon acceptance , the site visit cost will be deducted from the overall job cost.

Hourly Rate- Diagnosis , Service, Repair on pellet or Wood stoves or chimneys - $100.00/ HR *1 Hour minimum area1-2, 1.5 HR minimum Area 3- Area 4 has a 2 hour minimum

*Annual Services include cleaning of Unit , cleaning of the Venting, level 1 or 2 inspection, and test fire (pellet stoves), prices reflect cleaning and inspection per flue/appliance

*Chimney Inspections- if a cleaning is required to properly inspect the chimney system ,there will be a cleaning charge above and beyond the chimney inspection price.
